No more moving bosses via vehicles in ArcheAge with the latest update

An exploit involving vehicles has been fixed for the first time in the latest version ArcheAge To update. The exploit involved using vehicles in a way that created an unfair situation in the Crimson Rift and Grimghast Rift. While the patch doesn’t completely fix the issue, there are a few specific steps that should contain most of it.

The issue affected an unintended ability to move boss monsters with vehicles, resetting their HP while going through these rifts. Bringing a vehicle close to the Hound of Kyrios, Nightmare Blade, or Nightmare Bowstring monsters will destroy your vehicle when it comes within a certain distance. The problem isn’t just limited to these two Rifts. So if you’ve seen it elsewhere, like with raid monsters like Nightmare Glaive, the team has clarified that similar restrictions and measures will continue to be put in place to prevent these types of cracking vehicle-based exploits in other areas.

The rest of the update mainly concerns some fixes, event glitches compensation and a new pass for ArcheAge: Unleashed. The new pass is called Fresh Start Pass. The pass costs 1 gold to activate and unlocks 30 tiers of premium rewards and a new title, Reboot (Advanced) if you complete all 30.

Several events, including the Labor Consumption quest, the Wishing Tree event, and more, were experiencing some glitches that prevented completing certain tasks or receiving rewards before the end of the event. These events will now provide compensation for the items that players did not receive while participating in the events. One of the compensation items is for players who bought the wishing tree but couldn’t grow it due to an error. You have obtained Bound Lucky Stone x1.
