Nottingham Forest meet Huddersfield Town in the play-off final of Championship promotion after a dramatic win over Sheffield United.
Orest – 2-1 up from the first leg – added to their tally in the 19th minute through Brennan Johnson.
However, goals from Morgan Gibbs-White and John Fleck leveled the tie.
Extra time failed to separate the teams as the game ended in a tie on penalties.
Penalties from Oliver Norwood, Ireland international Conor Hourihane and Gibbs-White secured Forest’s passage with successful penalties from Johnson, Cafu and Joe Lolley.
They now meet Huddersfield for a Premier League spot at Wembley on Sunday 29 May.
