Former One Direction star Niall Horan took to Twitter on Thursday to thank British Airways staff for helping him after he fell “extremely ill” while on a flight

Niall Horan revealed he had become “extremely ill” in flight ahead of his upcoming appearance on RTE’s Late Late Show on Friday.
Before One-way The man, 28, took to social media to thank staff on a British Airways flight for coming to his aid after he ran into difficulties on his flight.
Write more articles TwitterThe singer said: “Thanks to the staff on that @British_Airways flight. I was very sick and they took good care of me.”
And the star received a response from the company’s official Twitter page, who replied: “Thank you for your lovely comments about the care you received from our crew on the flight. We will definitely pass on your thanks to them.”
Fans have also taken to posting to send their best wishes to the star and their gratitude to the company.
One user commented: “Hopefully you’re okay now!! Thank you staff for taking care of you!!”
Another wrote: “So sorry to hear you’re unwell! And when you’re stuck on the flight too? Ugh, that just makes it worse.
“Glad they did what they could for you. I hope you’re feeling better!”
Niall did not go on to reveal what illness he had on the flight and came just days after he was spotted enjoying the action at the Super Bowl weekend between the Los Angeles Rams and the Cincinnati Bengals at SoFi Stadium in California.
Before the X Factor The contestant will still appear on Ireland’s popular talk show The Late Late Show with Ryan Tubridy on Friday night with no further explanatory comment.
He will speak to the host virtually from his LA base and is set to pay tribute to Irish golfer Leona Maguire, who is celebrating a record win at the LGPA in Florida.
Last year, there were rumors that One Direction would be reunited, with Liam Payne hinting that the boy band would get back together “sooner rather than late”.
The group went on hiatus 7 years ago and fans are very disappointed not to reunite on their 10th anniversary in 2020.

After Zayn Malik left the group in March 2015, the four remaining members performed their last performance in December of that year.
And while fans are still eagerly anticipating their reshuffle, Niall continues to tease fans that he’ll have a new solo set coming out in the near future.
