One lucky player wins a life-changing lottery prize of €3,987,540

There was a winner of a life changing lottery jackpot prize tonight.

The winning numbers in tonight’s Irish Lotto jackpot were: 5, 9, 11, 13, 24 and 47.

The bonus number called was 41.

The jackpot was a life changing €3,987,540 won by one lucky player.

In total, over 93,000 players won prizes, including one winner of the Match 5+Bonus prize worth €180,041.

The winning numbers in the Lotto Plus 1 draw with a top prize of €1,000,000 were: 6, 8, 13, 15, 24 and 30.

The bonus number drawn was 37.

There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 grand prize tonight.

The following numbers were drawn in the Lotto Plus 2 draw: 15, 24, 34, 45, 46 and 47.

The bonus number was 3.

There was no winner in the Lotto Plus 2 main draw tonight.

The lottery number was 8263.

There were 83 raffle prize winners, with each winner receiving €12,548.

Meanwhile, Ireland’s happiest counties have been announced, with five counties seeing no millionaire.

Lotto has produced 102 millionaires nationwide since 2020.

Around 1,100 Irish players have shared over €470 million in top-flight prizes across all of the National Lottery’s draw-based games.

The National Lottery High Tier Prizes Report has tracked Lottery, EuroMillions, Daily Millions, Telly Bingo and Millionaire Raffle wins of over €15,000 – or €10,000 for online wins – from January 2020 to January 2023.

And Dublin players are said to be the luckiest of all counties – with over €68m paid out to 275 players, 22 of whom have won prizes in excess of €1m.

In the last three years, ten individual millionaires have been made in Co. Cork, while Galway and Mayo have each had six new millionaires.

Among Mayo’s biggest winners is the record-breaking €19.06 million lottery jackpot win claimed by a Mayo family syndicate in January 2021.

Online players have continued to win big over the past three years, with 194 winners claiming over €95 million in top-tier prizes.

These winners included 17 brand new millionaires, the biggest of which was a Dublin player who hit a €49.5 million EuroMillions jackpot in July 2020.

Cavan, Leitrim, Longford, Offaly and Leitrim were the least fortunate – no player became a millionaire in the last three years.
