Only four office suites remain as tenants rush to grattan spaces

Following recent lettings, there are only four office suites left for rent at Grattan Business Park in North Dublin. Each of the private-door suites is spread over two floors at 1,378 square feet — and landlord Lisney quotes a competitive rent of €15 per square foot.

Located in the IDA Business Park in Clonshaugh, Grattan comprises 13 light industrial units and 20 dedicated office suites. The owner, Channor Group, led by Darren Harrison, invested in the Grattan and furnished the vacant office space.

As Covid ended, demand increased in 2022 – and 11 office units were successfully leased to companies including Dualtron, GS Medical, Gleemed, Zoom Studios, WJD Repairs and Crown Paints.
