Smashing into each other isn’t the only less-than-ideal event where the actors relate to each other. While speaking to EW, Sennott revealed that the cast often met and hung out at a creepy hotel they stayed at during filming.
“It was crazy because we were in this small town, staying in a haunted hotel,” she said. “It was this weird, creepy motel, and we were all on the same floor, and we would just go into each other’s rooms and hang out and talk, and we got married for real, very quick.”
The connection between the cast was also strengthened when everyone cleaned up together after a long day of filming. Needless to say, filming a mysterious killer during a hurricane is sure to make things messy; Sennott recalls that “this whole place has been trashed” and that cleaning it up at the end of the day was no easy task:
“We’re sticky, dirty, wet. Anytime when the girls run through the house, we’re just covered in blood, and we’ll shower in the house at the end of the night, and you just look down and all all the blood will become a puddle.”
“Bodies Bodies Bodies” is currently showing in select theaters and will open nationwide on August 12.
