Outer Wilds and eight other games are leaving Xbox Game Pass this December

Nine games are leaving Xbox Game Pass by the end of this month, including the widely acclaimed Outer Wilds.

The following nine games will soon be leaving the subscription service:

• Immortal Realms: Vampire Wars
• Tropico 6
• Scarlet Nexus
• Secret Neighbor
• Outer Wilds
• Gorogoa
• The pedestrian
• Embr
• Iron Harvest (Windows)

Curiously, the latest Xbox blog post that revealed which games were headed there this month didn’t announce that the games were leaving Game Pass.

As a reminder, the big games releasing on Xbox Game Pass this month are LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and High on Life.

High on Life has become a surprise hit on Game Pass. Microsoft announced that it is now the largest third-party Game Pass launch ever and “the largest release of a single-player game in the history of the service.”
