Overwatch 2 menu concept art could hint at an upcoming Battle Pass

Leaked Overwatch 2 concept art has seemingly revealed an upcoming Battle Pass feature.

A concept for the Overwatch 2 main menu on ArtStation shows all the options players would expect, such as: B. gaming and shopping, as well as a new setting for the Battle Pass, as reported by Attack of the Fanboy.

While the screenshot isn’t official and may not represent what features will be included in the final version of Overwatch 2, adding credibility is the user who posted it: Blizzard Senior UI Artist Jayson Kirby.

He held that position on the original Overwatch until March 2020, when he transitioned to an “unannounced project,” according to his social media profiles.

A statement below the image states that “the goal was to further simplify and refine the look of Overwatch. The focus of the menus was to really show the heroes in close-up. Hero position/poses would change dynamically.”

Overwatch 2 PvP beta screenshots

While Overwatch 2 remains without a release date, development seems to be moving along, as these screenshots appeared just a few weeks before the game’s closed beta, which is slated to begin on April 26th.

Blizzard also recently announced that Overwatch 2’s PvP and PvE modes would be released separately, but didn’t say when the full editions of either would be released. The split means that Blizzard can release a version of Overwatch 2’s PvP earlier than the PvE mode.
