Ozzy Osbourne has thanked fans and said he’s “definitely feeling the love” after being released from hospital following life-changing spine surgery.
The Black Sabbath frontman, 73, had neck and back surgery to repair damage to his body after a serious fall at home three years ago left the rocker unable to stand or walk for long periods of time.
He had surgery on Monday and was discharged and went home Wednesday night, according to posts on his social media accounts.
Ozzy wrote: “I have now come home from the hospital to recuperate comfortably.

He says he still has problems with his balance, which could affect his ability to complete his world tour.
His recovery is getting tougher than expected and he’s hopeful the new surgery will fix things.
Ozzy has struggled with her health for the past two years after a fall at home, multiple neck and back surgeries, and a Parkinson’s diagnosis. Before that, he broke his neck in a quad bike accident in 2003.
Last month, he walked out with his wife Sharon in Los Angeles looking sick and in need of a cane as he left the recording studio. The heavy metal star also needs the help of a car.
But he still looks striking in all black, with his pointed black-painted nails and his signature long hair.
Sharon took to social media to “express a lot of gratitude” from her followers to her husband.
The 69-year-old wrote: “Our family would like to express our gratitude for the immense love and support leading up to Ozzy’s surgery!

“Ozzy is doing well and is on the way to recovery! Your love means the world to him.”
The former X Factor judge took time off from new TV show The Talk to be with him and admitted she doesn’t know if he’ll be well enough to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary in July.
She confirmed news of his surgery during a live broadcast on an episode last week, claiming the surgery would “really determine the rest of his life”.
