Pasha Bleasdell dies: Model who starred in Nelly’s Hot in Herre video dies aged 38

Pasha Bleasdell, who starred in the Nelly’s Hot in Herre video alongside an iconic series of videos, has died aged 38 from a suspected brain tumor.

Pasha Bleasdell, who was best known for dancing in Nelly’s Hot in Herre video, has died of a suspected brain tumor at the age of 38.

The model has been a part of some of the most iconic videos, and Director X, who is responsible for some of these videos as well as Nelly’s iconic vid, shared her tribute on Instagram.

Earlier today, he posted to say that Pasha was “dead”.

Director X posted a tribute that included a compilation of Pasha’s best moments on the film, including some of the 100 videos he has directed.

Captioning the post, Director X wrote: “We lost a friend yesterday.

“Pasha Bleasdell passed away from a brain tumor June 4, 2022 11:59 p.m. KST.”

Director X continued, “If you made videos in the 2000s or have seen them, you know Pasha.

“We met her doing background work on the set of Donnell Jones ‘Where I Want to Be’. From there we put her in the mix.

“It’s been a wild ride since then. I’ve put her in a million videos and spent a lot of time hanging out.

“She was always genuine and calm. She never brought drama to life.”

“You never know the last time you talk to someone will be the last time you talk.”

Director X concluded, “I cherish my memories of you with love. Rest in peace in Power Pasha, January 24, 1984 – June 4, 2022.”

Hot in Herre was Nelly’s first Billboard number one, and the video has garnered 169 million views on YouTube.

Pasha is seen dancing wildly with the rapper in the memorable video.

She also appeared alongside 50 Cent and Sean Paul in ‘Pimp’ and ‘Gimme the Light’ respectively.

Top hip-hop figures paid tribute to Pasha, who was dubbed “video vixen”.

Busta Rhymes commented on the post: “This is terrible!!! Rest in peace Queen Pasha.”

Rapper Pusha T and actor Terrence Howard posted prayer emojis in the comments.

Pasha was born in Canada on January 24, 1984 and is said to have broken the millionaire barrier after a lifetime of performing.
