A really handy iPhone hack is perfect for when you’ve forgotten where you parked your car.

The function works thanks to CarPlay.

For those who have never heard of CarPlay, it’s Apple’s built-in “infotainment” unit.

So you can access things like maps and your music with a very iOS feel.

But as a TikToker MILADE revealed to his 2.2 million followers, that’s not the only thing CarPlay can do.

“Here’s an important iPhone trick you need to know,” he said.

“Let’s say you can’t remember the exact place you parked – easy.

“You just have to ask the right person.”

The person in question is none other than Siri, Apple’s voice-controlled digital assistant.

Just say, “Hey Siri, where’s my car?”

A card notification will appear.

Tap on it to see guided directions to the exact location of your car.

So you no longer have to walk around parking lots trying to figure out where it is.

If you have Google Maps you can also set a parking location.

To save your spot, tap the blue dot on the map – marking where you are right now.

Then select “Set as Parking” from the menu that appears.
