People are noticing the extremely gross reason your iPhone is so quiet right now

A PHONES expert has revealed the sordid reason why your iPhone might not be as loud as it should be.
Fortunately, there is no need to install an expensive new speaker.
What it really needs is a good cleaning.
IDoctor iPhone and Android repairs showed Facebook fans just how dirty your iPhone can be working overtime.
Dust, bags, and all sorts of other day-to-day activities can eventually clog your device’s speaker grilles.
The grilles are the tiny holes you’ll find on the bottom of your iPhone.
This can muffle the sound.
“99% of customers who ask to replace their speakers will change their mind after we do it,” they say.
A video shows a lot of dirt stuck in the speaker grille of an iPhone.
But with a simple tool, you can gently scrape the dirt out.
Of course, this isn’t an officially recommended way to clean your iPhone, so be careful what you do – and speak to Apple for advice first.
Apple’s own cleaning tips page recommends that you unplug all cables and turn off your iPhone before performing any type of cleaning.
Avoid moisture getting into the openings.
Do not use cleaning agents or compressed air.
It should be obvious, but just in case – don’t submerge your iPhone in detergent.
