People named Holly or Phil may be queuing at some UK nightclubs this weekend

Out of anger about this situation, a petition was launched that reached and demanded over 55,000 signatures Holly Willougby and Phillip Schofield be fired from their roles on the ITV morning show.

The duo had been accused of bypassing the eight-hour queue to see the Queen in state by entering Westminster Hall via a side entrance.

Fever & Boutique on the Isle of Wight, Fluid and Envy at Oldham and Five Bar in Huddersfield all have a named person offer this weekend (Friday 23rd September – Sunday 25th September). Holly or Phil to skip the queue.

Fever & Boutique posted on his Facebook page: “Is your first name Holly or Phil?!

“For reasons we haven’t even decided yet, if your name is Holly or Phil we’re giving you FREE QUEUE JUMP this weekend Fever & Boutique!”

Huddersfield’s Five Bar posted on their Instagram: “Yes! That’s right, if you’re lucky enough to be called Holly or Phil there is no public queue for you #Queuegate”.

In the meantime Fluid and Envy at Oldham posted on Facebook: “Did Holly or Phil call?

They also referenced David Beckham waiting in line by saying “Soz David’s, you’ve gotta queue still”.

In Tuesday morning’s edition of This Morning Holly Willoughby addressed the rage, admitting she had “perfect understanding.”

During a look back at the time of national mourning, Holly said: “Like hundreds of accredited journalists, we were given permission to enter the hall.

“The rules were that we were quickly escorted through an entrance and didn’t walk past the coffin.

“None of the broadcasters and journalists have taken anyone’s place on television queue.
