Perrie Edwards wowed fans in a stunning olive jumpsuit two days after revealing the news of her engagement to Liverpool and England footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Perrie, who shares 10-month-old baby Axel with fiance Alex, shared some pictures of the couple’s special moment over the weekend to her 15 million followers.

The footage shows the moment Alex, also 28, gets down on one knee, with Perrie holding her head in her hands, stunned by the romantic gesture that unfolded at sunset.

Perrie also shared a snap of her stunning diamond ring against a backdrop of stunning coastline.

Alex and Perrie began dating in November 2016, after the singer split from ex-fiance and One Direction star Zayn Malik.

The couple made their relationship public by taking to the official Instagram of their relationship in 2017 and the star has made no secret of wanting to marry the footballer.

During an appearance on the Capital Breakfast Show with Roman Kemp, she was asked, “If he asked a question, which is a silly question to ask, would you say yes?”

Perrie jokingly replied: “I have to think about it, I think… No, obviously!”, before adding: “But you know what, I appreciate him, we don’t want to rush on it. But it’s going to be a definite yes from me, I think!”

The good news for Mrs Oxlade-Chamberlain in the future comes as speculation began surrounding the Little Mix girls to release solo material, after their farewell tour came to an end last month.

The last year of their time together, two-thirds of the band are pregnant – Perrie and Leigh-Anne both announced their pregnancies within weeks of each other.

Days after Perrie announced she and Alex had become parents in August 2021, Leigh-Anne revealed she and her soccer fiance, Andre Gray, had twins a week earlier.
