Peter Andre thanks fans for returning his stolen items

Peter Andre has shared his gratitude to a kind fan who returned stolen items to him after his car was broken into earlier this week.

The Mysterious Girl singer, 49, was performing in the West End play Grease at the Dominion Theater in London on Tuesday, May 31, when the theft took place.

Right after the show ended, Peter noticed that his car had been broken into and vandalized.

His rear window was smashed and “pretty much everything” was taken away.

The frustrated father of four took to Instagram after the incident, showing his followers hurt.

In the video clip, Peter explains: “So got out of the venue tonight at Grease and here’s what happened. Someone smashed it, took all the stuff, thankfully got out of my seat. my child is there.

“They took away pretty much everything.”

Peter also went on to apologize to fans waiting outside the cinema who had hoped to chat with him.

“I feel really bad because people are coming, I just can’t talk to them,” he said, adding: “I told them I had to go because of what happened.”

His video was captioned: “So this happened last night :(((.

“Sorry to everyone who came in after the show and I really couldn’t talk and had to go.

He shared the footage on his Instagram

“I know things could be a lot worse and there are bigger problems in the world but it’s still sad. And thankfully no one was hurt. Thankfully only physical.”

Thankfully, just a day later, a fan named George returned Peter’s lost items after he found them dumped on the floor in a nearby alley.

Sharing the news on Instagram, Peter publicly thanked the gentleman, writing: “My faith has been restored in human nature. George found some of my things scattered on the floor.

The singer expressed gratitude to George

“He contacted the contacts. I’m grateful, I’m grateful.”

He tapped George on the shoulder as a second man named Carl gave the camera a thumbs up.

Peter added: “It just goes to show that when some people do things that aren’t very nice, you get some of the better people in the world.

“Please believe that people like George really exist in this world, thank you. Thank you.”

Peter also said he will meet George next week to thank him for his kindness.
