Doting’s dad Peter Andre shared his joy with fans when his son Junior, 17, hit #1One on the charts with his debut single.

The budding musician, who has followed in the footsteps of his hitmaker father Mysterious Girl, released Slide on Friday, and shipped more singles than Harry Styles and Lady Gaga.

He shared iTunes chart snapshots earlier on Friday, when Junior’s track began to climb the chart.

“What a start. Wow son,” wrote Peter.

“Let’s make him number 1! Thanks to everyone who downloaded this for him,” he later added.

Sliding to the top of the charts within hours of being released, marks an incredible achievement for the teen star, who has been teasing his music on TikTok for weeks.

He later celebrated his success on social media, as he shared a photo of the iTunes chart.

Katie Price also shared her excitement over Junior’s hugely successful debut single, as she said she was “so proud” of her son and uploaded a screenshot of when she listen to the song.
