Phillip Schofield celebrates his 60th with Ant and Dec

Phillip Schofield celebrated with Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly as his 60th birthday celebrations continued into day three.

“Day 3 of celebrations,” he captioned the clip on Saturday, tagging ITV stars Ant and Dec and Christine Lampard.

Phil also made sure to tag his daughters Ruby and Molly in the post, writing, “Thank you beautiful gang.”

In the footage, the camera rotates to capture all of the guests at the table, including Ant’s wife, Anne-Marie Corbett, and Dec’s wife, Ali Astall.

Next to Phillip, wife Steph sat on one side and Christine on the other, while his daughters and their partners sat opposite.

“I’m so glad it was only five,” he quipped, referring to the candles on the cake while his guests laughed.

The This Morning presenter turned 60 on Friday and has continued his celebrations over the weekend after being surprised with champagne and balloons before filming for the ITV show on Thursday.

Decorations and cake awaited him in his backstage dressing room, as well as two bottles of Pol Roger champagne worth £440 and a stack of gifts and cards.

Phillip was visibly emotional as he thanked his co-host Holly Willoughby as well as the rest of the This Morning team for serenading him on his birthday.

Phillip and Holly don’t host the ITV show on a Friday, so they headed out for a boozy lunch on Thursday to celebrate his milestone.

The presenter received another cake during Thursday’s show live on broadcast as he told viewers about his upcoming 60th birthday.

“Before we go, we couldn’t end the show without wishing Phil a happy birthday!” said Holly.

“It’s tomorrow by the way,” Phil replied, as Holly added, “Yeah, but we’re not here tomorrow!”

“Thanks!” said Phil when guest chef Gok Wan told him to “have the best day”.

“Look at this, what a great day! And have a wonderful birthday Phil, you deserve it,” Gok said, as Phil revealed, “We’re going out to lunch in a minute.”

‘Fine, I’ll bring the car over then!’ Gok laughed as Holly was heard saying, ‘Danger, danger!’ before mumbling about ‘getting off the ground’.

Phillip also shared a snap of him celebrating with champagne and his friends and enjoying a pint by the riverbank earlier on Saturday.
