Phillip Schofield made a savage dig at Gino D’Acampo when he announced his retirement from This Morning.
The TV presenter couldn’t help but make a scathing comment to the TV chef when Gino confirmed he won’t be on the show for a number of months, as he is returning to Italy with his family.
While he admits he’s sad to have to go, Gino promises he’ll find a way to appear on the show soon – even if it has to be remote at this point – but Phil joked about being happy. that he will take a break.
While appearing on today’s show, Gino admitted to Phil and his co-host Holly Willoughby: “I’m a bit sad today because I’m going to Italy very soon in the next few days. This is the last time. my end. This morning. Maybe until autumn, winter.”
“Thank God for that,” Phil joked under his breath, making Holly laugh too.
Gino just continued the conversation and suggested ways he could still be involved. He added: “Unless you guys are going to the island of Sardinia, we can do something live there, maybe we can do something down the line.”
“Don’t panic because I have a lot of beautiful things for you guys,” he said when addressing fans directly.
During a recent appearance on the show, Phil and Holly looked shocked as Gino discussed his bedroom activities with them.
“I’ll be very honest with you Debbie, I really wouldn’t mind spending a lot of time in the kitchen because I know that’s not what Jessica wants,” Gino explained.
“I’ll probably cook something really quick since the rest of the time will just be activities in the bedroom.”
Consulting a caller, he then added: “Debbie, you’re 60 today, go to your bedroom and do what you want! Enjoy yourself!”
Mother-of-three Holly and co-host Phil clearly didn’t expect Gino’s answer and looked rather stunned. He also advised another viewer to have three to spice up their relationship.
“While I’m happily married, sometimes, Gino, you just need a little spice, and I think to you as an international cupid and a world-renowned chef, I’m hot.” Would love to hear your great tips,” said the caller.
The chef replied, “You want a little spice in your life? I’m going to calculate it very carefully here. I think what you should do if you want to spice up your marriage is to try one. something you haven’t tried before So if you want to push some boundaries within what you think your husband will accept – for example try to have a threesome .”
