Pinwell Road Lewes Depot Cinema Bicycle Theft: Manhunting

A man is wanted by police after a bicycle was stolen in Lewes.

The incident happened on September 3 at around 4.30pm on Pinwell Road.

Officials say a brown Liv Gravel bike was secured in the back of the Depot cinema.

The lock was reportedly broken and the bike stolen.

Investigators believe the person pictured could help with their ongoing investigation.

Anyone with information can contact the police on 101 and quote the reference number 997 03/09.

A Sussex Police spokesman said: “Do you recognize the person in this photo?

“Police want to speak to you after a bike was stolen on Pinwell Road, Lewes.

“The brown Liv Gravel bike was found in the back of the Depot cinema when the lock was picked at around 4:30pm on September 3 and the bike was stolen by an unknown suspect.

“Investigators believe the person pictured may assist in their ongoing investigation and are urging anyone who recognizes them to come forward.

“Anyone with information can contact the police online or by calling 101 quoting serial number 997 dated 03/09.”
