PizzaExpress launches fall menu with new and returning items

PizzaExpress has started its 2022 aautumn menu and customers can enjoy new items as well as the return of others.

The menu features flavors from around the world, including the new Tikka Paneer pizza.

The recipe is inspired by the pizza in PizzaExpress Dubai.

This new one Menu Item consists of a romaine base topped with Geeta’s seasoned tikka paneer, roasted peppers, sweet red onions, fresh chili peppers and mozzarella, Geeta’s premium mango chutney, coriander yogurt and fresh coriander.

Customers can also get their hands on the Hawaiian Hot with pancetta, ‘Nduja sausage, spiced pineapple salsa, sweet chilies and mozzarella and it’s available exclusively through Deliveroo.

PizzaExpress has relaunched the Sloppy Giuseppe that’s been around since 1999, but this fall release is a little different.

Pizza fans can expect ground beef, red onions and green peppers, mozzarella and fresh parsley.

That’s not all though, as a new Spicy Giuseppe, named by the fans, has also been added to the menu.

Vegan customers can enjoy the flavors of the new additions with the Sloppy Vegan and all variants of the recipe can be prepared on gluten-free pizza bases.

Three items have returned to the menu:

  • Funghi di Bosco – A mushroom pizza with black pepper. This is a tribute to the late PizzaExpress founder who loved mushroom pizzas.
  • Pollo Forza – Smoked chilli chicken, hot and sweet chilies, roasted peppers, creamy mozzarella, tomato, garlic, gran milano cheese, parsley and chilli oil.
  • Garlic Prawn – Italian tomato-based garlic king prawns with mozzarella, red onions and plum tomatoes.

Customers can also expect new Dough Balls arriving with the Dynamite Dough Balls.

They come complete with a fiery chili, garlic, and roasted pepper salsa, plus a side of cilantro yogurt to cool things down.

The lunch menu also gets an update with the Pulled Beef and Cheese Wrap, which is made with ground beef and mozzarella and can be delivered or enjoyed in the restaurant.

Also new to the menu are Mushroom Arancini and Carbonara “PizzaExpress” (pasta), along with numerous desserts including Sticky Toffee Bundt Cake, Billionaire Truffle Sundae, and a Ginger and Pumpkin Dolcetti, all of which are on the menu.
