WHILE the main story of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is packed with challenges to overcome, the postlude adds so much more.
When you’ve beaten all the Gyms, Team Star Bases, and Titans and taken on Elite 4, you might be wondering what else you can do.
Here are a few quests you can complete after the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet credits have run out.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: Where’s the Master Ball?
In every game there is a Master Ball that is always worth picking up.
After the credits roll, go to the director’s office and watch the cutscene.
This will start a short quest line that has a pretty nice reward.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Can you fight the leaders of the arena again?
While in the principal’s office, Nemona will arrive and announce that she wants Geeta to enter a tournament.
Geeta will then leave you in charge of looking after the Paldea gyms.
That means you have to travel to each of the gyms and compete against the bosses there.
All of them now have five Pokemon, all leveled to 60+, making them a much tougher challenge.
Once you defeat them all again, Geeta will give you a new task.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: What is the Academy Ace Tournament?
Nemona will then ask you to enter her tournament, which is taking place at the school.
You will face a group of different students and staff in a series of battles.
Everyone in the tournament has a team of six, all above level 65, who face off against Geeta again in the finals.
You can enter as many times as you like and the people you face will be randomly selected.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: What are Black Crystal Tera Raids?
After you finish an Ace Academy tournament, your biology teacher will contact you to let you know that stronger Pokémon will now appear in Tera Raids.
These raids glow in harsh black lights, allowing you to spot them from afar.
They contain rare Pokémon with fully evolved Pseudo-Legends that reward you with rare items and XL Exp Candy.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Can you fight Team Star again?
The Gym Leaders aren’t the only ones willing to fight you again. Team Star is also happy to take you on.
All bosses have been assigned training centers where you can fight them again.
If you talk to them, they will fight you with a new team of five with levels above 65.
Unfortunately, your Starmobiles are missing.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: How to Catch Paradoxical Pokémon
Once the story is over, you can enter Area Zero whenever you want. Doing so will spawn more Paradoxical Pokemon for you to catch.
These are all exclusive versions, so catch a few to trade with friends. Check out our guide for the full list of paradoxical Pokémon.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: How to catch a second Koraidon and Miraidon
At the end of the story you will see the legendary Pokemon in the wild.
When you return to Zero Lab, you can go around the back and find the Legendary Pokemon there.
It’s level 72, so get ready for a tough fight. Or try your luck and throw a Quick Ball.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet: Where are the black pegs to catch the ruins’ four treasures?
There are 32 stakes around Paldea, and for every eight you remove, you’ll be rewarded with a chance to catch a Legendary Pokémon.
If you’re not sure where to find these stakes, check out our guide.
Pokémon Scarlet & Violet: Complete the Pokédex and get the Shiny Amulet
Completing the Pokédex will reward you with the Shiny Talisman, which increases your chance of catching Shiny Pokémon.
However, you must act to catch them all. If you are interested in Shiny Hunting, you will find all the odds and methods in our guide.
