Police appeal to identify women in Worthing robbery investigation

Police are trying to identify these two people in connection with the theft of nearly £2,000 from a 77-year-old woman.

The elderly woman had £1,850 in cash stolen from her pocket at an Icelandic shop in Pavilion Pade in Worthing on November 12 last year.

The theft reportedly took place around 11:30 a.m.

Officers would like to speak to two women pictured on CCTV as part of their investigation.

Anyone who recognizes her or has information that may assist in the investigation is urged to contact police online or via 101 quoting serial number 1261 dated December 11.
