11-year-old Caprice-Maitai Barrett-Reid was last seen in Hilly Fields, London, shortly after leaving school today

Police have launched an urgent search for an 11-year-old girl who was last seen leaving school today.

Caprice-Maitai Barrett-Reid went missing this afternoon after leaving her school in Lewisham, London.

Officials said they were concerned for the well-being of the youngster after she disappeared from the SE4 postcode earlier this morning.

She was last seen at 3:25 p.m. in her school uniform and a purple down jacket entering Hilly Fields.

Police have asked anyone who sees them to call 999 and quote CAD 5479/29Mar or the incorrect reference 22MIS010532.
