Police car involved in crash in Eastbourne – Ambulance arrives at scene
A police car was involved in a collision with another vehicle in the early hours of the morning.
The police car collided with the vehicle at Cavendish Place in Eastbourne at the junction with Pevensey Road.
The front of the police car sustained significant damage, while the other vehicle’s passenger door appeared to be damaged.
A bollard next to the road appears to have been partially knocked over.
A second police vehicle and an ambulance can be seen at the scene.
The cause of the accident, which happened around 2 a.m. today, is still unclear at this time.
Sussex Police have been asked for comment.
