Police are urgently trying to locate two missing school girls who have not been seen for more than 48 hours.
Alayah, 15, and Zulaikha, 14, were last seen Tuesday morning and detectives believe they may be together.
The teenagers hail from the Bordesley Green and Alum Rock areas of Birmingham, although it is thought they could move to the Wolverhampton area.
The girls’ families are “understandably very concerned,” said investigators investigating their disappearance.
In a statement released on Twitter, West Midlands Police said: “Have you seen missing teenagers Alayah and Zulaikha?

“It is believed she is carrying a beige bag and a Foot Asylum bag and may be heading to the #Wolverhamton area.
“If you know where these girls are please call 999 immediately and quote MPBE/2907/22.

As part of the appeal, West Midlands Police have shared pictures of Alayah and Zulaikha so the public knows what they look like should they happen to see them.
