Police provide an update on injuries following an accident in Broad Street, Seaford

The crash happened at around 12.20pm today on Broad Street in Seaford.

Five police cars and an ambulance were present.

Sussex Police have now confirmed that there were minor injuries in the accident.

One person was taken to hospital while a man was treated for what appeared to be a head injury.

There was minor damage to the cars involved.

The force said the scene was cleared by 2 p.m.
