Police release CCTV images during investigation into Horley’s rape

POLICE investigating the rape of a woman have released a CCTV image of two people she wants to speak to.

Officers are continuing their investigation into a rape in Horley, near Gatwick, on August 28.

Police said the female victim was walking along Massetts Road between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. when she was approached by two men and attacked in an alleyway near Ringley Avenue.

Officials believe the people featured in the released CCTV image can help with their investigation.

Detective Constable David Reading, who is investigating the case, said: “I understand the Horley community will be incredibly concerned by this incident but please rest assured that we are doing everything possible to investigate the incident and are still investigating set up. If so. Any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.”
