A power cut has caused chaos at Gatwick Airport railway station and passengers have been warned to allow extra time for their journey.
The failure probably affects the train station in particular, so that the wagons could not run for around an hour.
The incident was first reported around 11.30am on Wednesday 21 September before being resolved just after 12.30pm.
In a statement on Twitter, a Gatwick Airport spokesman said: “Gatwick Airport railway station is currently closed due to a power outage in the area.

The power outage has since been resolved, but minor delays are still expected as services return to normal.
Staff should be present at the station and assist passengers.
