Prince Andrew allegedly made “giggling noises” while having sex with a teenage Virginia Giuffre, she claims.

The former sex slave claims the noises came from the Duke of York during her second encounter with him in Jeffrey Epstein’s New York office.

Epstein’s “Madam” Ghislaine Maxwell reportedly showed Ms Giuffre around the office before placing her on Andrew’s lap.

The prince is said to have been playing with a doll of himself from the Spitting Image TV show as Ms Giuffre sat on him.

She claims he then placed his hand, which was inside the doll, on her chest, which sparked laughter in the room.

Describing going upstairs to the massage room with Andrew, she said, “As a young woman, he couldn’t have cared less for me.

“He was treated to sex that someone else paid for.

“He was really enjoying the whole thing after the giggling noises he was making, but I felt like a total prostitute.”

Ms. Giuffre’s account is part of investigative author Nigel Cawthorne’s new book, Virginia Giuffre, published by the Daily Mail.

Prince Andrew has settled Ms Giuffre’s civil sex abuse complaint for an unconfirmed sum said to be in the region of £12million.

He has consistently denied her allegations, telling Newsnight in 2019 he had no recollection of ever meeting her, despite an infamous photo of the two together with Maxwell in 2001.

A post-settlement statement, which did not include an admission of Andrew’s liability, accepted that Ms Giuffre was a “victim of abuse” and that he regretted his association with Epstein.

The Duke of York vowed to make a “significant donation” to Ms Giuffre’s charity which supports victims’ rights, and in his statement he praised her “bravery” and insisted he “never intended to belittle her ‘character’ slander”.

Ms Giuffre alleged in a US civil lawsuit that she was forced by Epstein and Maxwell to have sex with the Duke of York three times after she was trafficked by the couple.

Andrew has always denied Ms Giuffre’s allegations and settled the case with no admission of wrongdoing.

Ms Giuffre was expected to wait before commenting on an apparent attempt to limit the damage to the royal family during the Queen’s platinum jubilee celebrations. The Times reported.

A lawyer not involved in the case suggested the settlement would allow Ms Giuffre to write a book about her side of the story.

Mitchell Epner, a former federal prosecutor who is an attorney for the New York law firm Rottenberg Lipman Rich, told the Times, “Normally you would have complete secrecy [agreement] on both sides.”

He also said that in this case, “since it is a settlement related to an apparent apology from Prince Andrew,” he suspects Ms Giuffre “agreed not to say anything [but] she will be able to write a book, probably for this Christmas season”.
