Prince Andrew settles £6.6M debt with social media site that allowed him to sell £18m ski chalet to fund sex abuse lawsuit

CAUSE Andrew has finally settled his £6.6m debt with a social networking site, which will allow him to fund his sex abuse lawsuit, it has been claimed.
Former best friend Isabelle de Rouvre, 74 years old, sold Swiss ski chalet to the Duke of York and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, in 2014 for £18 million.
While the agreement was for the house to be paid off in installments, Ms. de Rouvre insisted Yorks could not meet the repayment deadline.
They did sue for £6.6 million including interest in 2020.
And now that the matter is settled as the Duke paid his debt last year, Online email reported.
Mrs. de Rouvre told the outlet: “I sold it two months ago, or one. Maybe six weeks ago.
“Anyway, I sold it to the Yorks and we’ve come to an agreement. Fortunately that’s the end of the story.
“The war is over. The point is it’s over. Now I have nothing to do. That’s all.”

“The second payment needs to be paid and that payment is now complete. That’s it. You can be sure of it. It’s done.
The settlement now allows Andrew to sell the property and use the cash to fund his legal bills for the sex abuse allegations.
Just days after it was revealed, the Duke of York found a buyer real estate.
Chalet Helora – with indoor pool and sauna – has been on the market for 22 million Swiss Francs (£17.6 million)
A source close to the company said: “A buyer has been found and a price has been agreed.
“Things are underway. It’s not done yet. But it’s expected very soon.”
The Duke is currently waiting for the judge to decide whether Virginia Roberts Giuffre’s civil suit was dropped.
If he continues, Andrew will face a full civil trial in New York for claiming he sexually abused Ms Giuffre three times between 1999 and 2002 when she was 17.
Andrew has always strongly denied any charges against him.
Now 38, Ms Giuffre has filed a lawsuit against emotional distressed Andrew.
Last week, Andrew’s sex-trafficking friend, Ghislaine Maxwell, was found guilty of helping to solicit Teenagers vulnerable to Epstein’s ex-lover’s assets for him to sexually abuse him between 1994 and 2004.
