WHY Harry was “only focused on himself” and was able to write about his security row in his explosive memoir, one expert has said.
The Duke of Sussex can detail some of the recent woes in his forthcoming book – from allegedly being stripped of the Queen’s Jubilee Medal to his desperate attempt for police protection.
But it remains unclear whether the bombshell pages have been printed, raising questions about what will be published.
Royal biographer Angela Levin said Harry would likely be “very angry” about the honorable loss of the Queen’s holiday and the matter would “justify him writing this memoir”.
And she said if it’s too late to put his latest troubles in the news, Harry will “cover them if he’s interviewing”.
The author of Harry: A Conversation with the Prince, told Sun Online: “I thought he would mention [the security row] if he is interviewing. I think whatever he’s doing he’s going to be consistent with whatever he’s doing publicly.
“All was silent. Maybe it was too late [to get it into the memoir] but surely it would come out somewhere in public, he wouldn’t keep it that way.
“It’s another reason for him to show he’s not respected.”
It comes later Harry launches legal action against the Government in a desperate attempt to regain the police protection he lost in the United Kingdom when he gave up royal life.
A legal representative for the duke said: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex personally sponsor a private security team for their family, but that security cannot duplicate the protection needed. by the police while in the UK.
“In the absence of such protection, Prince Harry and his family cannot return to their homes.”
The unprecedented move has cast doubt on whether Harry will return to the UK for his 70th year on the Queen’s throne, with suggestions Meghan Markle may never come back.
walkie talkie also reported that the duke will not receive a Queen’s medal this year – with Prince Andrew being the only other member of the Royal Family to have served in the army to miss out.
Angela Levin said: “I think Harry will be very, very angry because he lost [his medal] and how he feels to be treated by the Royal Family.
“I think it gives him an excuse to whine about the way he’s been treated.
“I don’t think Andrew is going to bother him too much because I think he’s too self-centered right now. That would justify him writing this memoir with nasty stuff. in there.”
She added Harry’s actions over the past year were “about himself and about his family” but he “didn’t think about the Queen before he did anything, or his brother, or his father”. .
Harry’s bombshell memoir will be released later this year, and according to its publishers, it will include details of “Harry’s life in the public eye from his childhood to the present day.” .
