Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for alleged Idaho student stabbers

Idaho County Attorney Bill Thompson announced his intention to seek the death penalty for Bryan Kohberger, who was charged with the killing of four University of Idaho students.
Charged with the fatal stabbings of Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin, Kohberger pleaded not guilty at his May 22 indictment.
A hearing date was set for October 2nd.
