EAMONN Holmes has proudly shared a sweet tribute to her rare niece Emilia.

Last year, the 62-year-old presenter announced he was about to become a grandfather for the first time after his son Declan welcomed a baby girl with his partner.

The former This Morning presenter couldn’t help but get emotional when she posted an emotional photo of little Emilia.

Next to the snap, he spat out: “I’m sorry but those eyes are simply hypnotizing.

“Emilia, my beloved niece.”

Eamon also shared a photo of his son lovingly holding his newborn while looking at her affectionately.

Eamonn’s fans were delighted when the doting grandfather shared a new photo of his first grandchild.

One wrote: “OMG my heart – what a beautiful baby.”

Another posted: “Wow she’s absolutely gorgeous, how lucky you are.”

The third added: “Those eyes… WOW.”

In December, the TV presenter beamed with pride as he posed with his Emilia and Declan before Christmas.

He looks over the moon to see his family as he reunites with his eldest son Declan, his wife and New daughter for a festive dinner.

Wearing an orange hat from a Christmas cookie, he beamed as he cuddled them.

Along with the cheerful photo on Instagram, he wrote: “Today’s Big Family pre-Christmas lunch with my niece Emilia was the center of attention. We all felt so festive. “

The proud grandfather then posted a private photo of his beautiful niece Emilia smiling on his social media.

Bursting with pride, Eamonn writes: “Sorry I’m becoming a baby now” but because of the Irish Sea, her Grand Pappa doesn’t see her as much as he would like.

“Emilia is my prettiest little Christmas present ever.”

Meanwhile, Eamonn stunned fans by dropping This Morning and announcing his move to GB News at the end of last year.

He has been on the show with his wife Ruth Langsford for 15 years.

A source told Mirror: “Eamonn’s move to GB News marks the end of an era. He will be missed by many ITV viewers but the truth is, this job offer probably comes at the right time for both him and ITV. All good things come to an end.”
