The gaming giant will reportedly combine its two existing services, PlayStation now and PlayStation Plus.

Accordingly Bloomberg Sources, it could be revealed as early as this week.

Codenamed Spartacus, the long-rumored offering will appear to feature a “splashy” lineup of big hit games released over the years.

Xbox Game Pass has boomed not only because of the massive library, but also because brand new games are included on day one.

Unfortunately, Sony’s challenger might not go that far.

So anyone hoping for big releases may like God of War Ragnarok might be disappointed.

It is believed that the Japanese company will offer access to a range of modern and classic games.

Customers will apparently have several tiers to choose from.

The most expensive of all seems to come with extended demos and the ability to stream games.

Currently, PlayStation Plus users only get a handful of free titles per month, as well as the ability to play games online.

Meanwhile, Playstation Now gives gamers access to hundreds of classic titles.
