The headliners of a highly anticipated event have been announced.
Brighton’s first Pub-in-the-Park festival, taking place next summer, has announced who will be headlining.
The festival aims to be “a celebration of Michelin-starred food, world-class chefs, award-winning restaurants and iconic music”.
After performing in Brighton last week, girl band Sugababes will return as headliners on Friday nights in July 2023.
The Brand New Heavies, a jazz and funk band, will perform on the main stage on Saturday afternoon.
Eighties band Happy Mondays headline Saturday night at number one.
Other acts set to perform throughout the weekend include Norman Jay, Judge Jules and Toploader.
Dreams can come true as Gabrielle will headline the main stage on Sunday.
Craig Charles and Soul II Soul Sound System will be DJing the music over the weekend.
The festival was originally scheduled to take place from September 16-18 but was postponed out of respect for the late Queen, whose funeral was held on September 19.
Former Spice Girl Melanie C was due to perform, but it has not yet been announced that she is returning for the postponed event.
The festival will take place at Preston Park in Brighton next year from 14th to 16th July.
