Vladimir Putin kicks his feet when he meets Rahmon

Vladimir Putin was spotted maniacally moving his feet and looking frail at a meeting with a head of state, while a body language expert claimed he looked “amazingly weakened”.

The Russian President kept tapping his feet during footage of a meeting with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon in Moscow.

The pressured leader was seen moving his left foot erratically before doing the same with his right foot, the reported To express.

At the same time, he used one arm to steady the armrest of the chair he was sitting on.

It comes amid constant rumors about his alleged poor health with some reports that he has cancer.

His face looks bloated, suggesting he may be on steroids, it has been repeatedly claimed.

And last month he was spotted slouching, clinging tightly to a table, during a televised meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu.

Now, Professor Erik Bucy, a body language expert from Texas Tech University, says he no longer looks like the leader who prided himself on appearing physically strong.

“It’s an amazingly weakened Putin compared to the man we were watching just a few years ago,” he told The Sun.

On May 9, at the Victory Day celebrations in Moscow, he also cut down a gray and frail figure who had a blanket on his lap as he sat in the stands watching the performance.

Former British Army chief Lord Dannatt said Putin looked “swollen” and didn’t appear to be “moving freely”.

Lord Dannatt told Sky News: “I was really just commenting on what President Putin looked like. He does not seem to move as freely and easily as he has been seen in the past.

“I think we all commented that he looked quite puffy in the face.

“I don’t know how good or how bad he is, there are people spreading rumors that he has some kind of cancer. I dont know.

“But if he goes under a bus, metaphorically or realistically, will the replacement be any better?”

Putin’s health has been in the spotlight since he launched his brutal invasion of Ukraine in February, which appears to have deviated far from plan.

Moscow was forced to shift the focus of its offensive to the eastern regions after meeting stiff resistance in an attack on the capital, Kyiv.

In a recent assessment, British military intelligence said Russia may have lost a third of the invading forces it sent into Ukraine.

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) said the Russian campaign in eastern Ukraine had “lost momentum” and was now “significantly behind schedule”.
