Darren revealed that the Queen avoids fast food as a rule, but there is one thing she really enjoys.

Like most of the people we know, the Queen has a penchant for burgers, only she ordered hers without the vermicelli.

But, unlike most of the people we know, she doesn’t take the bus down to McDonalds or Burger King for fast food, instead letting the kitchen team prepare her a piece of meat from scratch.

“At Balmoral, it always annoys me, we would make our own burgers,” says Darren. They’ll shoot deer, and we’ll make venison sandwiches.

“There would be a beautiful cranberry… stuffed in them, but we never put the cake out.”

But when Darren doesn’t prepare his majesty a burger without bread, he cooks mostly classic French dishes.

Darren also shared that the Queen does not enjoy pizza and during her 15 years at the palace, not a single pizza was served.
