Question Time has announced plans for a special edition on the war in Ukraine.
The BBC One program will air from London on Wednesday, with the panel to be announced.
Taking to Twitter, the show urged the public to sign up to perform in studio audiences.
It said: “In the light of the tragic events in Ukraine – and with no sign of abating – there will be a special edition of Question Time on @BBCOne on Wednesday evening at 8pm. panel TBC.”
This week’s Question Time featured a series of questions about the Russian invasion and Vladimir Putin’s possible use of nuclear weapons.
However, next week’s show will be entirely devoted to the conflict.
It comes after the show last month hosted a special featuring unvaccinated people in the audience, challenging a group of health experts and politicians.
A clip of immunologist Professor Robin Shattock calmly responding to an unvaccinated viewer with a philosophy degree was shared widely on social media after the broadcast.
The current affairs program features members of the public taking questions to a panel of public figures – including politicians, journalists, authors and comedians – and is moderated by Fiona Bruce.
