Emmerdale viewers saw Al Chapman witness the moment Jordan’s racist thug taunt Billy Fletcher, after attacking him recently – but fans question whether someone was involved
Emmerdale’s Al Chapman witnessed the disturbing scene as Billy Fletcher was tortured by Jordan’s racist assailant after they bumped into each other near the village.
The character was seen changing up on Wednesday’s episode of the ITV drama – with him having to go to the police about it in the upcoming scenes.
But viewers are still convinced that another character is related to Jordan, following his illness threat to Billy.
Jordan’s claim that there are other people who can hurt Billy, and that he’s part of a group, leads some to believe it’s an already existing figure in the village that could be related to him.
Before Jordan launched his attack on attorney Ethan Anderson, the character decided to threaten Billy for his recent crimes that could land him in jail.
Billy was hospitalized recently after being violently assaulted during an unprovoked attack, as Jordan also shouted racial taunts at him.
Ethan is tasked with representing Jordan despite his concerns about the case, Billy and the other villagers are unimpressed by his apparent lack of loyalty.
But wanting to continue his career, Ethan has agreed to stick with the case with the support of boyfriend Marcus Dean – but this will soon change.
Before that, the latest episode showed Billy walking on his own, only for Jordan to climb on top of him.
Jordan shouldn’t have been around him, and quickly tried to scare him off by telling Billy that he was part of a gang, and it wasn’t just him he needed to worry about.
Billy threatened to call the police and tell them he was harassing him, which led to Jordan acting ignorant before walking away.
The moment is witnessed by Al, Billy’s former stepfather, which Billy and Jordan seem to be unaware of.
The troublemakers revealed that Al would offer to help Billy in the fiasco, with him planning to go to the police about what he had seen.
But some fans are more worried about whether Marcus might actually be part of Jordan’s gang, and whether this is why he’s so supportive of Ethan.
With the pair’s romance suddenly escalating rapidly, with him even living with him just a few months after meeting, some fans wondered if Marcus was still hiding something.
Following Jordan’s comments, many people accused Marcus, although there was no corroborating evidence, of being a member of the gang.
One fan tweeted: “Marcus was part of the gang that hit Billy… I’m convinced.”
Another said: “Still feel Marcus has something to do with the guy who attacked Billy,” as a third added: “I’m still suspicious of Marcus.”
