Raducanu vs Kovinic and Murray vs Daniel latest scores, Djokovic can SUE Australia for £3.2m

THE Brits are competing today with the Australian Open in full swing.
Andy Murray takes on the role of Taro Daniel of Japan while Emma Raducanu plays Danka Kovinic of Montenegro.
Tournament favorite Daniil Medvedev also faces a big test today against unpredictable tournament favorite Nick Kyrgios.
Novak Djokovic flew back home to Serbia via Dubai after being ORIGINAL from Australia.
But SunSport can reveal Serb as negotiated with SUE Australia for £3.2 million for treatment after his visa was cancelled.

-
Murray 4-6 4-6 1-0 * Daniel
Murray was on the board early in the third set.
He needed to keep his nose first because Daniel hit first and didn’t let him back down in the last two sets.
-
Kovinic 0-3 * Raducanu
A double! Raducanu’s perfect starting line.
Kovinic looked confused as she hit a long backhand and then sent one into the net to give Emma a break.
-
Murray 4-6 4-6 Daniel
Game and setting second.
Perfect! Another great game by Daniel and he leads Andy Murray by two sets to love.
What does Murray have left in the tank? He will need a lot.
-
Kovinic * 0-2 Raducanu
And a comfortable hold for Raducanu cemented her good start.
She looks set to be progressing well and preparing for an early back-door match, just as she did on Tuesday.
-
Kovinic 0-1 * Raducanu
The perfect start for Emma Raducanu as she broke her opponent’s serve in the opening game.
She had a 17-minute first set against Sloane Stephens the day before and that got her the win.
A similarly quick start today for the US Open champion.
-
Murray 4-6 * 3-5 Daniel
Another strong hold from Daniel to 15.
Murray couldn’t get anywhere near the last two serves and his opponent was just one game away from taking a two-set lead.
Emma Raducanu is also happening on the Margaret Court Arena…
-
Murray 4-6 3-4 * Daniel
A comfortable prop for Murray, just what he needed.
The errors were passing a little too freely from his racquet but he kept in touch in the second set.
-
Murray 4-6 * 2-4 Daniel
No quarter from Daniel. He holds serve again and is just two games away from a sure-fire two-set lead.
Murray is struggling to be with Daniel at the moment. The Japanese look stronger from the back of the court.
-
Murray 4-6 2-3 * Daniel
Huge hold for Murray. He is facing break points that almost mean the end of the set.
But he managed to pull the game out of his pocket and survive the second set.
By the way, you don’t miss anything from Raducanu. Players have yet to reach the Margaret Court Arena when they switch from the day session to the night session.
-
Murray 4-6 * 1-3 Daniel
A love-keeping service. An inspirational sequence for Daniel and now he’s really in control.
Murray with work to do, to say the least.
-
Murray 4-6 * 1-1 Daniel
A marathon game lasted 12 minutes and Daniel held on after saving four break points.
Murray missed a few chances there and he looked up at the sky knowing he should be leading 2-0.
Still in service.
-
Murray 4-6 1-0 * Daniel
Just the start Murray needed to start the second set.
Stay relaxed and his nose in front.
-
On the Margaret Court Arena
Stefanos Tsitsipas has just won four sets, and that means Emma Raducanu will start on time at 8am.
I will continue to watch Murray and Raducanu ever since with maybe a weird update from the belter on Rod Laver Arena between Kyrgios and Medvedev.
-
Murray 4-5 * Daniel
Going 0-30, but Murray’s excellent serve saved him from a hole and he survived the first set.
Daniel will have to serve it if he leads a shocking set.
-
Murray * 3-5 Daniel
Chance for Murray, but Daniel stands his ground and moves forward in a game of this first set.
Murray had him 15-30 in that serve but Daniel didn’t back down.
Can Andy force him to serve in the first set?
-
Murray 2-3 * Daniel
That’s better. Murray kept serve and stayed in this first set.
A deadly rope helped him on his way in that game.
-
Murray * 1-3 Daniel
And Daniel reinforces the break by keeping the serve comfortable.
Murray couldn’t get a look at it before some of the really heavy serves and touchdowns.
-
Murray * 1-1 Daniel
And a really good start to the 6ft 3ins Japan qualifier.
Some explosive serves and short points to get him up to speed early.
I have a feeling there won’t be many protracted protests like today’s Murray against Basilashvili.
