Ragnarok: The Lost Memories jumps from a mobile version to PC today. The game is the latest entry in the Ragnarok franchise and has a twist in its card-based combat system.
The game follows a hero named Perr, a swordsman who has lost his memories. Of course, he will go on a quest to get his memories back and find out what happened to him. You have the opportunity to meet allies and recruit them into a team that will go on adventures with you. Travel Midgard through familiar locations, accepting quests, defeating monsters for loot and cards, and building a capable battle deck.
The card battle system will guide you through the game’s story and objectives. You can collect cards and heroes to strengthen your team for any occasion. The game offers classic RPG elements and a lot of influence from the Ragnarok Franchise including quests, a full story, dungeons, daily quests and more. There is a crafting system, resources, lots of loot from monsters and quests, and a guild system. In fact, there are over 200 dungeons that have been customized Ragnarok Onlineso familiar to those Ragnarok should find some known monsters from the IP.
The game also features an idle system that still allows players to progress. You can automatically earn resources, rewards, and experience even when you’re not playing. There are auto features that allow you to fight and use your abilities automatically, as well as travel if you wish. These fit right from the start Ragnarok: The Lost Memories as a mobile title, but it could still be a relaxing experience where you can focus on challenges like story, dungeons or card battles.
The game started out as a mobile title, but Gravity announced it would also be available for PC. The free game will be available today starting at 6pm PDT. More on that below Ragnarok: The Lost Memories.
