It’s still a while away, but some of us in Nintendo Life Towers™ are counting down the days until then Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, the “massive expansion” of a game that already excels on Switch. Monster Hunter’s marketing campaign is also well underway, regularly revealing snippets of information to keep us in the loop ahead of its June 30 release.
Just recently, it shared a tweet introducing two creatures you’ll find in the expansion’s new areas – Gowngoat and Boggi.
The Boggi is of course a further development of the Jaggi / Baggi etc., with some fun animations to emphasize its playful side.
However, it’s the goat that catches the eye, simply because she’s so damn charming and cuddly. As any Monster Hunter veteran will know, this is a problem as you’ll likely need to hunt them down for resources or, if the developers are particularly mischievous, an extra cozy armor set.
Or maybe we’ll just leave them alone. If you can kill one of them after looking into their beautifully painted eyes, you’re a more efficient hunter than this scribe.
