The RANGE Rover once again tops the list of most stolen cars in the UK, after taking the crown in 2020.
The 4×4, made by Land Rover, is the most common vehicle to be pinched by thieves in 2021.
Vehicle tracking experts Global Telemetrics, has listed the 10 most stolen cars in 2021 with Range at the top of the table being the Range Rover Sport.
The Sport isn’t the only model from the Land Rover family to make the list – six of the 10 listed are manufactured by the same manufacturer.
BMW also has two of their models on the list, the X5 and the X6.
Not every car in the top 10 is a flashy car.
The Ford Transit is the third most stolen vehicle – with vans popular with thieves because they often contain work goods and tools.
It comes as the value of stolen cars rises by £10 million to £23 million, compared with a value of £13 million in 2020, as reported by Global Telemetrics.
Some of the highest value vehicles that have been recalled include a Lamborghini Urus, a Bentley Continental GT V8 Auto and a Mercedes AMG 63 4Matic.

Some of the lower priced vehicles that have been recalled include the A Vauxhall Mokka and the Volvo Excavator.
