Apartments at The Pinnacle in Mount Merrion have sold out plans since last September.

Twenty-five have already been sold, with Oakmount celebrating the fact that the building peaked earlier in the year.

The latest version are two-beds ranging in size from 840 square feet to 1,044 square feet and prices starting at €760,000. The three-bedrooms and penthouses have floor areas ranging from 1,152 to 1,711 square feet and start at $995,000. More apartments are expected to become available this summer.

Designed by FKL Architects and Box Architecture, the project sits 60m above sea level, allowing all homes to benefit from Dublin Bay, mountain and Deerpark views.

Depending on the size and furnishings, each apartment will have either a balcony or a terrace. Inside, the kitchens are by German brand Allmilmo, with floor-to-ceiling units with charcoal finishes and marble countertops.

Wardrobes are from the Italian brand Zalf and there is additional storage space in the basement.

Knight Frank has a Marketing Suite on Deerpark Road which is directly opposite the development. It is open seven days a week and potential buyers can view development plans and views via virtual walkthrough videos in the suite.
