The Riot Rehab bus has hit the road on its summer carnival journey – as a key ingredient in helping to make the UK smoke-free.

And to help those struggling, Riot Lab came up with this acronym with advice to follow:

1. “R” – Rip up the rule book

Don’t panic and forget everything you’ve heard about quitting. Go at your own pace and on your own terms.

2. “I” – Identify your triggers.

What makes you want to smoke a cigarette? Be courageous and face your triggers. If you can get through them without smoking, you can get through anything

3. “O” – Only smoke if you need to.

Cut down on cigarettes and use Riot Bar whenever you can’t smoke. Without realizing it, your tobacco intake will drop to almost nothing – or better yet, stop altogether.

4. “T” – The rest is easy.

Once you’ve successfully dealt with your triggers of not smoking and reducing your cigarette intake, you’ll find the rest is easy. It is by no means the end, but the hard part is still there, and you are well on your way to quitting. Celebrate, treat yourself, try something new, or do something you’ve never done before.

To mark the arrival of Riot Labs at Glasto, the manufacturer is also offering a 30% discount on disposable e-cigarettes for their hero – Riot Bar. You can use the discount code GLASTO on rioteliquid.com
