CHELSEA pair Romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech had an emotional challenge in the first half against Brighton.
The Blues duo were seen in a heated conversation as they made their way down the tunnel at Amex Stadium.
Ziyech, 28, gave the Blues the lead at half-time when he shot the ball into the bottom corner from just outside the box.
But his lack of celebration has raised eyebrows and added concern that all is not well in the Chelsea camp.
Ziyech also came under criticism from team-mate Lukaku after he passed a pass that could have given the Belgian the lead.
He was also successful on the ball when Lukaku wanted it to play inside his defence – it was likely the small line’s spark at the first half whistle.
Ziyech covered his mouth with his hand to hide what he said but Lukaku didn’t care, that’s what he wasn’t happy about.
And although the pair may have tried to resolve their differences of opinion, that didn’t work as Brighton had the better of the second half.
Adam Webster scored the equalizer for the Seagulls and Graham Potter’s team could have won the game.
In contrast, Chelsea’s attack was once again underperforming – although Thomas Tuchel openly beat his striker after the match against Manchester City.

Lukaku has silence again because he has very little work to do – he will probably be disappointed to be cheated like he was at halftime.
Tuchel will share that sentiment after Chelsea extended their Premier League winless streak to four games.
After the game, Tuchel said of it: “It’s normal for them to be like that and they’re not happy. It’s normal for them to want to be better and we want more from them.”
He added: “We looked tired. We knew they prepared well and had more time to prepare for this game.
“We need full strength to overcome these obstacles so there are no complaints for the team – we are mentally exhausted.
“The boys need some days off there is no other solution.”
