This year’s Love Island could be filled with famous influencers and kids, including Ronan Keating’s daughter and Michael Owen’s daughter

There are only a few weeks left until Love Island takes place and the public is very curious about which single couples will step into the villa this year.

The hit dating show will still take place in sunny Mallorca, but the producers have decided to refresh things with a brand new six-bedroom mansion and the largest gym the series has ever seen.

It’s also been reported that Casa Amor, the infamous part of the show that makes or breaks relationships, may be malfunctioning.

However, who are the people rumored to be entering those doors?

Jordan Spencer

Rumor has it that attractive basketball player Jordan Spencer will enter the mansion this year in hopes of finding love.

The 27-year-old star is said to be in talks with the show’s bosses.

“He’s in talks to appear on Love Island and has even met with some of the producers who are working on the key cast list,” a source recently stated.

According to reports, the potential Islander is 6 feet 2 tall and splits his time between the UK and the US.

Joshua Legrove

Joshua is said to be both a boxer and a model and will likely join the new cast.

According to a source, he impressed the show’s producers with his jet-setter and boxing lifestyle.

They hope he will follow in the footsteps of iconic Tommy Fury, who is still dating Love Island sweetheart Molly-Mae Hague.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu

Ekin-Su is already a Turkish actress and Influencer so being in front of the camera won’t be a problem for her.

She already boasts 345,000 followers on her Instagram, where she shares stunning photos of herself in countless locations.

Furthermore, Ekin-Su starred in a Turkish TV series called Kuzey Yildizi.

A source has emphasize that the influencer is the perfect person for the reality show and will ‘bring the fireworks’.

Sophie Draper

One of the first rumored contestants was Sophie Draper.

The 22-year-old beauty from Nottingham once dated Premiership footballer Matty Cash.

But after four years together, Sophie unexpectedly split from Matty last year and ITV bosses are said to have met her when they started looking for new contestants.

Gemma Owen

Recognize the name? Well, Gemma is none other than the 19-year-old daughter of soccer star Michael Owen.

Gemma – the eldest of Michael and four children of childhood sweetheart Louise Bonsall, is an international dresser and represented Great Britain at the European Championships in Oliva last July.

She founded her own company – OG Beachwear – during the first coronavirus containment wave of 2020, and reports suggest she can make money from exposure to the popular dating show.

News of her potentially joining the show was first announced in early May.

Brad McDermott

You can’t have a famous soccer player’s daughter without the famous Islander’s brother.

Brad McDermott is the brother of former Islander Zara McDermott. Why not make it a family affair?

A source told Sun : “Brad is a young, handsome guy and he saw how to appear on Love Island completely changed Zara’s life. ”

While on the show, Zara dated Adam Collard but has since moved on to none other than Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson.

Missy Keating

There have been countless rumors over the years that Ronan Keating’s daughter, Missy, might be on the show.

Singer Ronan was even asked about it during a recent appearance on Good Morning Britain.

When asked if there was any truth to the claims, Ronan replied: “I haven’t heard but you never know, these kids are busy.

“All my kids, they’re all busy doing different things, I haven’t heard from myself at the moment.”
