Russian State TV in Britain’s Last Threat

Vladimir Putin’s top TV propagandist has threatened that Moscow will not halt its military push until its troops reach Stonehenge.

Hot-headed TV presenter Vladimir Solovyov’s weekly show – also known as “Putin’s Voice” – has previously threatened to bomb Britain back to the Stone Age with Zircon nuclear missiles.

In a new threat, he was challenged by a Ukrainian expert on how far west the Russian invasion would go before it stalled.

“Well, if we have to, we will,” he said.

“Where will we stop? Well, like I said earlier today, maybe Stonehenge.

“Liz Truss says she’s the one making the war.”

The British foreign secretary has become a hate figure for the Russian elite for her tough stance and rigid determination not to compromise with Putin and continue to arm Ukrainians.

Solovyov’s tirade against Ukrainian political analyst Vasil Vakarov, including repeating the insult: “You are Nazis…You are Nazis.”

The Ukrainian told Solovyov the Russians are ready to take the strategic city of Severodonetsk – and will soon control the entire Lugansk and Donetsk regions.

He challenged the Putin cheerleader: “Where will you stop… When will you stop?”

But Solovyov – like other Russian hardliners – suggested that Putin should go ahead and storm Kyiv and Lviv.

At this point, Solovyov threatened to continue until he reached Stonehenge in Britain, claiming that Truss believed he was part of the war.

It wasn’t the first time Solovyov used his platform as a state television presenter to threaten Britain.

Earlier this month, the Russian propagandist claimed on the air that Britain could be bombed back to the Stone Age in just 10 minutes with an attack by Vladimir Putin’s hypersonic missiles.

Russia’s new Zircon or Tsirkon weapon system could be used to wipe out 50 or 60 power plants and plunge the country into permanent darkness, Solovyov said.

It comes amid anger in Russia over what is seen as Britain leading the West in supplying arms to Ukraine in a “proxy war” against Putin.

The Kremlin has dismissed speculation that the Russian president was suffering from terminal illnesses

This session of Solovyov’s show also featured Moscow-born Israeli expert Yaakov Kedmi, who once described Stalin as “the last statesman to look after his country.”

Kedmi said: “One or a half launches from a zircon multipurpose submarine will be enough.

“About 50 or 60 of Britain’s power stations will be gone in 10 minutes.

“And all of Britain will be transported back to the Stone Age… Within 10 minutes nothing more is needed…”

Putin claimed last week that he had uncovered a Western-backed “neo-Nazi” conspiracy to kill Solovyov.

“They turned to terrorism to prepare the murder of our journalists,” he said.

However, there were claims that an FSB intelligence operation to investigate the alleged assassination was a fake.
