Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds has bravely detailed his life-long battle with trepidation fearing he will die of a nervous breakdown before appearing on live TV.

Hollywood actor Ryan Reynolds has revealed his battle with anxiety.
The Deadpool star, 45, has struggled with the disability throughout his ‘life’, but it has taken him a long time to become one of the most successful actors in Hollywood.
The much-loved actor revealed that at certain points in his acting career, he feared he would ‘die’ from anxiety.
Ryan explains how his disability affected him before his big TV appearance.
“I’ve been really nervous all my life. And you know, I feel like I have two parts of my personality, one part that takes over when that happens,” Ryan said. CBS Sunday Morning Show.
“When I went out, like Letterman that day, I was very nervous.
“But I remember standing backstage before the curtain opened, and I thought to myself, ‘I’m going to die. I’m really going to die here. The curtain will open and I’ll be like, I’ll just be a symphony of vomiting, “like, something terrible is about to happen.”
Ryan went on to explain how he overcame his anxiety as he revealed how his anxiety attacks gradually disappeared.
“As soon as that curtain opens – and it happens in my job as well – it’s like this little guy will take over,” Ryan said.

“And he said, ‘I see. You’re great.” I felt my heart rate drop and my breathing calm, and I wanted to go out and be a different person. .
Ryan, also a proud father of three daughters, who has three daughters, admits that he feels as though his anxiety issues stem from raising him with his dad.
According to Ryan, his father, James Reynolds, was a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer and a ‘tough guy’.
“My father is a tough guy. He’s also good in many ways, but he’s very tough on us,” the Just Friends actor revealed.

“This isn’t a sob story – everyone brings their own ice pack and I’m no different in that respect – but growing up in my house was never relaxing or easy and I know that, throughout my life, I have dealt with anxiety in many different ways.
“I wouldn’t expect that of anyone, but worry is a great source of energy. I mean, my God, it’s the antidote to complacency, but it’s also what you need. must manage.”
Ryan credits his beautiful wife Blake Lively for helping him overcome his anxiety.
