Ryanair has announced it has added an additional flight from Dublin to Marseille due to increased demand ahead of the Heineken Cup final.
The additional flights on May 27th and the return on May 29th will accommodate Leinster fans traveling to Marseille for this year’s Heineken Cup final against La Rochelle at the Stade Véldrome on Saturday 28th May.
Ryanair has urged Leinster fans to book now to avoid disappointment as seats sell out quickly. The Friday 27 May flight departs Dublin Airport at 8:00 and the return Sunday 29 May departs Marseille at 21:00.
Dara Brady, Ryanair’s Director of Marketing, said: “We are delighted to add additional flights from Dublin to Marseille to accommodate rugby fans traveling to the Stade Véldrome when Leinster face Ronan O’Gara’s side in the Heineken Cup final La Rochelle.
“Seats sell out fast so fans are urged to log on to the Ryanair.com website/app and book their travel to the Heineken Cup final in the hope of watching Leinster become European champions.”
Leinster dethroned holders Toulouse to reach their first European final in three years.
